About CES

Our team has experience with livestock-based vegetation management across three continents. We have seen grazing used as tool for protecting endangered lizards, securing indigenous land, and even weeding the lanes in vineyards.

We believe that the changing climate is creating challenges that require us to rethink our relationship to land and to refine solutions for a world of new ecological problems. Targeted grazing is our effort to localize an arid-adaptive food system that can help everything from solar plant development to fire fuel mitigation.
